As a former Division I college athlete, a mother of four, and an educator with over two decades of experience in one of the largest school districts in the country, I’ve had a front-row seat to what today’s students are up against — and more importantly, what they need to thrive.

I created STEAMA with one core belief: every student deserves to be deeply supported — academically, emotionally, and personally.

At STEAMA, we don’t just teach. We listen. We assess each student’s needs, strengths, and dreams, and work hand-in-hand with schools, families, and organizations to build programs that close gaps and open doors. Whether it’s designing custom curricula, training teachers, or providing targeted intervention and enrichment programs, everything we do is driven by one mission: to accelerate academic growth, boost mental wellness, and prepare students to succeed in life — not just in school.

Our programs go beyond tutoring. We help students understand how their brains work so they can develop better focus, stronger memory, and a lasting love of learning. We teach them how to learn, how to lead, and how to launch into the future they envision for themselves.

By weaving in social-emotional learning, student-led activities, and real-world connections, we ensure that every student walks away with a growth mindset, the confidence to tackle challenges, and a clear path toward becoming a global leader in a career they love — and can use to serve their community.
